Interest and other debt expense for the first quarter of 2006 was $11.3 million, a decrease of $1.0 million as compared to the same period in 2005. This decrease was due to lower average borrowings as a result of the Company’s debt reduction initiatives, partially offset by the effects of higher market interest rates.
